Celebrating Teamwork at Ulticon Builders Incorporated’s Sportsfest

The annual fun and heart stopping Ulticon Builders, Incorporated sports tournament took place on November 04, 2017 and was held at Rancho Palos Verdes and the UBI main office with the fun theme “Celebrating Teamwork”. The sports fest tradition began three years ago to help sharpen employees’ work principles and performance, and everyone saw that the exercise yielded very positive results. Hence, with the approval and supervision of our President Carlos Charlie Gonzalez of Davao City, it then became a yearly event.

To test their flexibility and their ability to work together, each member of the each team was chosen randomly from different departments. The sportsfest had the following competitions: Cheer Dance, Basketball, Volleyball, Table Tennis, Badminton, Bowling, and the new addition to the roster of sportsfest activities which is the Mr. & Ms. Sportsfest Regionals.
