Ulticon Builds Esperanza Bridge

esperanza_bridgeIt is a difficult task to construct a bridge over Esperanza River because of the nature of the said river. But despite this, Ulticon Builders Inc. pushed for the immediate completion of the project to make the transport of farm products more economical, and for the convenience of the traveling public.

Although building the bridge over Esperanza River proved to be complicated, Ulticon Builders Inc.’s witty engineers have done an excellent job in solving the case.

Through the efforts of Ulticon Builders, under the supervision of Carlos Gonzalez, The Esperanza Bridge now provides the local residents with the opportunity to increase their income – due to savings generated from hauling and transportation cost. Ulticon deems the Esperanza Bridge to be one of their biggest projects to date. Considering the difficulty of this project, Ulticon has definitely proved once again that they always get the job done.

How Ulticon Helps The Society Through Giving

Born officially in 1947, but with roots that traces back to the revolutionary days, the Philippine Red Cross has truly become the premier humanitarian organization in the country, committed to provide quality life-saving services that protect the life and dignity especially of indigent Filipinos in vulnerable situations.

Ulticon Builders Inc. is known to be very concerned about the safety and well-being of their employees, and that’s an understatement. In fact, UBI, under the supervision of Carlos “Charlie” Gonzalez, the President and Founder of UBI, has never experienced accidents with their employees in any project. This fact alone indicates how much UBI emphasizes their devotion in keeping their employees safe. But their passion in helping their people’s well-being, as well as others’, doesn’t stop there.

2010 was the year Ulticon Builders Inc. got involved in saving lives through a fruitful partnership with Red Cross Philippines in it’s blood letting program. UBI promotes their employees from the project sites, motor pool and admin personnel to donate their blood to save the lives of others. Ever since then, UBI, with the help of the PRC, has been punctual in sharing their drops of hope through phlebotomy.

Aside from the joy of saving lives by contributing to the blood bank, phlebotomy has also improved the overall cardiovascular health of UBI’s employees. Because regular blood donations keep the levels of iron in check, which reduces the risk of heart disease and cancer, UBI has made it a habit to schedule it every three months. Ulticon Builders Inc., headed by Carlos “Charlie” Gonzalez, shows no sign of stopping in helping the lives of Filipinos.
